One to one nutrition support

All one to one nutrition support programmes begin with an initial nutrition consultation (60minutes). This means we can take a deep dive into your health, lifestyle and food-related history to identify where you are starting from and what an initial plan of action looks like.

 

This is followed by ongoing nutrition coaching sessions (45minutes) so you can access regular support as you continue on your journey of change. All consultations are held online.

Talks & workshops

I am experienced in designing and delivering bespoke talks and interactive workshops in-person or online. I am London-based but can travel.

 

I can present on a variety of nutrition and health related topics for example; eating well for the menstrual cycle, the female athlete, nutrition for optimal health and longevity, nutrition in midlife and much much more.

I am a BUPA registered provider (30047478). Please obtain a pre-authorisation code from BUPA prior to booking. BUPA tend to provide cover for an Initial Nutrition Consultation and up to 2 follow up consultations.

One to One Process 

My nutrition and dietetic approach is highly individualised and is centred around getting to know you. I use a variety of methods to blend nutrition expertise with your inner wisdom and personal experiences. 

The process begins with a 15minute complimentary discovery call either over the phone or via video call so that we can get to know each other. This is a no-pressure, confidential chat and an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. 

 

The discovery call process helps us both to determine if we are a good fit for one another. If I don't feel like I can offer the right type of support for you, I will do my best to provide recommendations or refer you on to another professional who may better suit your needs. 

Following the discovery call, the next step is to book in your Initial Nutrition Consultation and we will work together to find a suitable time. I offer virtual consultations at various points during the week with some weekend availability too. 

Prior to the Initial Nutrition Consultation you will be asked to complete a questionnaire. Completing this questionnaire in as much detail as possible will allow me to build a picture of your medical history, lifestyle, food related concerns and nutritional requirements. All of which will help us to put a suitable plan of action together when we meet in your Initial Nutrition Consultation. 

The Initial Nutrition Consultation will take place via Zoom. Please find a quiet and private space for the consultation so that you can talk freely and I can listen to your experiences. During this 60minute consultation we will take a deep dive into your health, lifestyle and food-related history so that we can make a detailed assessment and formulate an initial plan of action to help you get started.

Following the Initial Nutrition Consultation, I hope that you will feel empowered, equipped with a clear roadmap for change and have some new tools in your toolkit. Following the consultation you will be provided with tailored supportive materials and resources, and in some cases I may be required to write to your GP too. 

 

Making food-related changes can be hard and so this is where follow up support may be required. We will discuss this during your Initial Nutrition Consultation to determine what sort of ongoing support you may benefit from.
